Reach (formerly Callforce) has been around for over 4 years.

We’ve worked with thousands of dentists to help them take advantage of their phone calls. Our focus is to provide a great patient experience and help patients get scheduled.

We plug directly into your practice management software to add patients directly to your schedule. We learn your scheduling preferences and information about your office so that we can schedule the same way your team would.

Dental Recall

We pull a list of your overdue patients that are 6-36 months overdue. We learn your scheduling preferences and gain access to your practice management software to add patients directly to your schedule. Our team calls from 5:00-7:30pm the offices time when patients are available to speak. You only pay if our team schedule an appointment.

Answering Service for Dentists

We provide a rollover and after hours call answering solution. Our schedulers are available M-F 5:00am-9:00pm MST and Sat-Sun 7:00am-5:00pm MST. We learn how to schedule new patients limited exams, hygiene appointment and emergencies for each office we work with to help get their patients on the schedule. You pay per call answered.

Dental Insurance Verification

When working with an office, we learn what information they need verified and work off the verification form they already use. We dedicate a team member to each office that you can communicate directly with. That agent gathers all of the information needed and inputs the information back into your practice management software the way you like it. We charge per verification.
